Board of Directors
We are proud to present our board of directors, a team of committed professionals who desire to see Jesus on display in the lives of our men. These men and women all have ties to addiction in one-way, shape or form, they have walked the journey to recovery or have walked the journey with a loved one. By walking the personal path of recovery, one knows, deeply, the challenges faced in recovery. Below are the stories of these men and women.
A special level of thanks goes to the past members of our board of directors: Kevin Kimbrough, Alex MacKinnon, Guy Glass, JC Caretta, Chris Lohden, and Lindsay Carr. These men and women have given their time, talent, and energy to help make Timothy Initiative what it is today. They have displayed a heart for Jesus, a love for recovery, and a belief in what we do through their service. Their commitment on the board helped create TI’s ten-year legacy and will help create our future as we serve men in need and grow the program. We are deeply grateful.

Tiffany Katter
TBD
Hi, my name is Tiffany and I have a marketing degree from Penn State University. I have worked in several fields and held several titles, but I currently hold my favorite titles: follower of Jesus, wife to Jarrod, and stay at home mother to Matthew, Charlotte and Anthony. My passion for The Timothy Initiative grew out of immense heartache from the tragic drug overdose death of my brother in January 2021. Several of my family members have struggled with addiction and I have witnessed how addiction destroys families. George was a light to me in my darkest hours following my brother’s death, and I am excited to support him as he continues to shine the light of Jesus into the lives of addicted and broken men.
2 Corinthians 1:4
He comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
